Our machines
Linear cappers are machines designed for vacuum steam closure of glass jars and bottles with a twist-off cap.
A linear capper has a structure entirely built in AISI 304 and is composed of a gripping group and a closing group. The first one functions to isolate individual caps, taking them one by one and introducing steam into the space between the jar and the cap.
The capsules are transported by belts and conveyed to the feeding area by means of an elevator. Sensors are placed on the machine to check the correct orientation of the capsules. In the closing system, the capsule is pulled out and pre-announced in a vaporized environment.
In the last production phase, the steam present in the headspace of the jar, as it cools, condenses and creates a vacuum inside. Depending on the format, the height of the machine, the width of the belts and the opening of the pick-up can be adjusted.
