The rotary Piston Filler by CO.MI is an excellent solution designed to optimize the production of juices, dressings, sauces, jams, dense liquids, and small particle-containing liquids. Characterized by a structure entirely made of AISI 304L stainless steel and parts in contact with the product made of AISI 316L stainless steel, the machine employs polymers that strictly adhere to chemical and thermal standards, compatible with the sanitization reagents used.
CO.MI’s advanced technology ensures extremely precise dosing at high filling speeds, eliminating any product loss. The piston dosing system allows for the management of various formats according to customer needs. The machine is equipped with a fully automatic cleaning system (CIP), eliminating the need for manual interventions.
With the ability to adapt to various configurations, ranging from the version with 12 pistons up to the one with 60 pistons, this dosing machine is highly customizable to suit specific products, different speeds, and required formats. It offers a versatile and efficient solution for more complex production needs.
